About Us
Our Maestral holiday house is located in the romantic rocky bay of Ciovo island, in Okrug Gornji, Mavarštica, 5 kilometers from the town of Trogir.
The bay of Mavarstica is characterized by beautiful hidden beaches and lonely bays where everyone can find their quiet corner. For those who want to explore the island of Ciovo and nearby islands, we recommend renting a small motor boat, for which we also own the berth that is at your disposal.
In the immediate vicinity of Maestral, there is a shop, restaurant, and cafe. Larger shops and markets are located 1 km away at Okrug Gornji, and in Trogir, 5 km away (markets, fish market, restaurants and shops, nightclubs and cafes)
Accommodation
Maestral House consists of a spacious living room with the kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, six bedrooms with bathrooms, 3 of which have a sea view and two bedrooms with a garden view. The house is ideal for accommodating 11 people. We can also provide extra cots for children. The terrace and balconies are stretched across the entire length of the house, giving you a sea view and a view to the nearby islands of Šolta and Drvenik.
On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool with two sun terraces, a separate summer kitchen by the swimming pool, and a safe part for children. In addition to the pool, there is a separated accommodation unit consisting of one bedroom with bathroom and gym. This unit offers privacy benefits within the property itself (eg separate workspace, nursery accommodation etc.) On one of the terraces, there is a jacuzzi for five persons. There are 5 parking spaces on the property, as well as a berth for the boat. The house is air-conditioned and has wi-fi access.

Destination
Trogir
Trogir is a remarkable example of urban continuity. The orthogonal street plan of this island settlement dates back to the Hellenistic period and it was embellished by successive rulers with many fine public and domestic buildings and fortifications. Its beautiful Romanesque churches are complemented by the outstanding Renaissance and Baroque buildings from the Venetian period.
Split
The story of Split is already 17 centuries old, dating to the time the Roman Emperor Diocletian decided to build his Palace right on the peninsula near the great Roman city Salona, where he wanted to spend the last years of his life. During these 1700 years the Palace slowly turned into a city, which to this day lures with its rich tradition, glorious history and beauty of its natural and cultural heritage. Diocletian Palace and the entire historical core of Split have been on the World.
Nacionalni park Krka
The national park is a vast and primarily unaltered area of exceptional natural value, including one or more preserved or insignificantly altered ecosystems. The purpose of the park is primarily to serve science, culture, education and recreation, while tourism activities have also been introduced for its visitors.
Including the submerged part of the river at the mouth, the Krka River is 72.5 km long, making it the 22nd longest river in Croatia. It springs in the foothills of the Dinara mountain range, 2.5 km northeast of Knin. With its seven waterfalls and a total drop in altitude of 242 m, the Krka is a natural and karst phenomenon. The travertine waterfalls of the Krka River are the fundamental phenomenon of this river.

Maestral is a typical Adriatic summer northwestern wind and one of those winds that are characteristic for beautiful and stable weather. During the summer, after the morning calm, almost always around noon, begins its pleasant circulation that can last until the sunset.
This “friendly” wind looked forward by all those who enjoy the summer season under its breeze inspired us to name our summer house “Maestral”.
In an environment that combines the natural ambiance and modern infrastructure, just a few meters from the sea, the Maestral holiday home offers you the comfort of your own home. Thanks to the idyllic position of the quiet Dalmatian bay, visible from the several terraces and the yard with pool and jacuzzi, Maestral House is an ideal place for your family vacation or a group of friends.
Bathed by the sun and the scents of the Mediterranean, enjoy the crystal clear sea and a luxurious environment offered by the Maestral house, explore the island of Ciovo and the ancient city of Trogir. Enjoy the nightlife or spend a quiet evening at the terrace beside the pool. Spend a day on a boat trip or visit some of the nearby national parks.
