The Maestral house consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as six bedrooms with bathrooms, three of which have a sea view, while two overlook the garden. The house is optimal for accommodating 11 people. We can also provide additional cribs for children. Terraces and balconies stretch along the entire length of the house, ensuring a view of the sea and the nearby islands of Šolta and Drvenik.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a pool with two large sunbathing terraces, a separate summer kitchen by the pool, and a secure area for children next to the pool. Adjacent to the pool, separated from the main house, there is an independent accommodation unit consisting of one bedroom with a bathroom and a gym, offering the benefit of privacy within the estate itself (e.g., a separate workspace, nanny accommodation, etc.). One of the terraces also features a jacuzzi for five people. The property includes five parking spaces as well as a mooring spot for a boat. The house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi access.
